These examples combine only tools in JadePDF's verified launch set. They describe a repeatable sequence without inventing compression rates, timing claims, OCR accuracy, or legal guarantees.
Combine separate PDFs, put them in the correct order, and add continuous page numbers.
Merge the source files in their intended document order.
Open the merged result in Reorder pages and inspect every thumbnail.
Add page numbers only after the final page order is settled.
Download the packet and compare its first, last, and transition pages with the originals.
Create a consistent sequence, add Bates identifiers, and apply a visible draft or confidential mark.
Create the complete packet before assigning identifiers.
Choose a prefix, start number, padding, and placement for the Bates sequence.
Apply a watermark only when the visible mark is appropriate for the intended recipient.
Check the sequence manually; JadePDF does not certify evidentiary or filing compliance.
Correct orientation, remove excess margins, standardize page size, and restore reading order.
Rotate pages that are sideways or upside down.
Crop only margins you have verified are not part of the document.
Resize pages when a uniform output canvas is useful.

Browser-local processing reduces document exposure, but it does not guarantee that every PDF feature will survive every transformation. Keep originals and verify the exported file.
