1. Acceptance

By using JadePDF, you agree to these terms. Do not use the site if you do not agree.

2. Service description

JadePDF provides free browser-based document utilities. The launch release does not include an account, subscription, paid plan, or remote document-processing service. Individual routes state whether a tool is verified, partial, or unavailable.

3. Your files and permissions

You are responsible for selecting files you are legally permitted to use and modify. Do not use JadePDF to infringe rights, evade lawful access controls, distribute harmful material, or perform unlawful activity.

4. Verify important output

PDF structures vary widely. Keep an original copy and inspect generated files before submitting, signing, printing, archiving, or relying on them. JadePDF is not a substitute for legal, compliance, accessibility, records-management, or professional review.

5. Availability and changes

Tools may be changed, limited, corrected, or removed. A route marked partial or unavailable should not be treated as a completed production feature. JadePDF may update the capability registry as verification work progresses.

6. No warranty

JadePDF is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with every document, or preservation of every PDF feature.

7. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JadePDF is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, missed deadlines, rejected filings, printing problems, or other consequences arising from use of generated output. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Updates

Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
